In my capacity as sports captain, I oversaw and planned our school's annual sports day, planning 20+ activities for more than 500 pupils. I oversaw every aspect of the day's operations, from planning and logistics to supervising volunteers and guaranteeing fair play.

Additionally, I assisted in upholding school etiquette and supported daily volunteer activities.

My leadership and organizational abilities were bolstered by this position, which allowed me to lead teams, handle challenging situations, and foster an atmosphere where students could compete, have fun, and display their abilities. In addition to increasing school spirit, the event's success demonstrated the importance of cooperation and careful planning.
